Programs

• We welcome our guests with honey-brandy (pálinka)
• A cellar-presentation follows next, with a professional review about grapes, vintage and wine-making. Than comes wine-tasting of 4 kind of wines, with snacks.
• The highlight of the day: vintage at the vineyards around the Wine House. We give each of our guests the instruments needed through the vintage, and make them work among the row of vines. To make it easier we serve bread and dripping with onion and wine. A village-womenchoir cheer up the occasion singing folk songs during the work.
• The freshly gathered grapes are ground and pressed and everyone can taste the fresh must.
• At the end of the vintage comes a principal meal of the day, with the following menu:
•              Goulash cooked in stew-pot
•              Fried pork cutlets with fried potatoes
•              Mixed pickles
•              Dill-curdcheese pie
•              2 dl wine, mineral water
