Bordeaux 2006
he Egri Korona Wine-House garnered high awards at the probably most prestigious wine competition of the world, the wine competition of Bordeaux. Many of the leading wine-producing countries compete here at the “Challenge International du Vin”. One of our wines, the “Korona Selection Merlot barrique 2003” had won gold prize, and besides this, the wine-growing region of Eger had been placed second (after Bordeaux) at the competition of 5072 wines of 36 country.
